By purchasing a ticket to The End of the Summer Fucking Blowout II or attending the event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Event Details

The End of the Summer Fucking Blowout II is scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2026 at Field of Dreams / Lincoln Theater Garden, 1620 7th St, Oakland, CA. Event details, including lineup, schedule, vendors, venue information, and programming, are subject to change.

Tickets

Advance tickets are $15. Tickets may be sold through a third-party ticketing platform. By purchasing a ticket, you may also be subject to the terms, conditions, service fees, refund policies, and privacy practices of that ticketing provider.

Tickets are valid only for the event date listed at the time of purchase. Do not purchase tickets from unauthorized sellers. The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated, or fraudulent tickets purchased through unofficial sources.

Refunds and Event Changes

All ticket sales are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or expressly approved by the event organizers.

If the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, refund eligibility will follow applicable law and the policies of the ticketing provider used for the purchase. California Business and Professions Code § 22507 requires ticket sellers to refund ticket prices within 30 calendar days for canceled events, and to refund ticket prices upon request within 30 calendar days for postponed, rescheduled, or replaced events.

Service fees, processing fees, and third-party platform fees may be governed by the ticketing provider’s own policies.

Lineup and Schedule

The lineup, performance times, vendors, and event schedule are subject to change without prior notice. Artist cancellation, schedule changes, vendor changes, or lineup adjustments do not automatically qualify for a refund unless required by applicable law.

Entry and Attendance

Admission is subject to venue capacity, ticket validation, and event staff approval. Attendees must follow all posted venue rules and instructions from event staff, security, venue personnel, and event organizers.

The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for unsafe, disruptive, illegal, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory behavior, or for failure to follow event or venue rules.

Age Policy

Food, Beverages, and Outside Items

By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording may take place. Your image, likeness, or voice may appear in event documentation, promotional materials, social media, press coverage, or future event marketing without additional compensation.
